We collect the minimum we need to sell you the product, send you emails you asked for, and understand how the site is used. We don't sell your personal information. For the Solo tools, what you type stays in your own browser, we don't collect it.
Email address. If you sign up for our newsletter or buy the product, we collect your email so we can send what you asked for and deliver your purchase.
Purchase information. When you buy, Lemon Squeezy (our payment processor and merchant of record) collects and processes your payment details and billing information. We receive confirmation of the sale and your email, but we don't see or store your full card number.
Usage and analytics data. Like most sites, we collect standard analytics about how the site is used (pages viewed, clicks, general location, device and browser type) through Microsoft Clarity, PostHog, and the Meta Pixel. This may involve cookies and similar technologies. Some of these tools, including Microsoft Clarity and PostHog, also record how visitors interact with pages (mouse movement, clicks, and scrolling) so we can see where the site is confusing. These recordings are used only to improve the site.
What you type into the Solo tools. Your briefs, notes, and plans in the Solo tools are stored locally in your own browser (in your device's local storage). We don't collect or store that content on our servers.
We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
We use this information to deliver and support your purchase, send the newsletter if you opted in, respond to your questions, keep the site secure, and understand and improve how the site and tools perform. We use analytics and the Meta Pixel to measure and improve our marketing.
We share personal information only with the service providers that help us run the business, and only as needed:

We use cookies and similar technologies for basic site function and for the analytics and advertising measurement described above. You can control or block cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how the site works. Where required, we'll ask for your consent before setting non-essential cookies.
Because the Solo tool data lives in your own browser, you can clear it yourself anytime through your browser, and it's gone.
We keep your email and purchase records for as long as needed to support your purchase, meet legal and tax obligations, and run the newsletter you signed up for. When it's no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
Siebert Creative is based in the United States (Texas). If you contact us or buy from outside the US, your information may be processed in the US and other countries where our service providers operate.
